10th Jam play, Liar! Liar!: A Moral Musical For Children, moves to Karamu Playhouse in Cleveland, Ohio, home to the oldest professional black theatre company in the U.S. According to book author James Hatch, JLT's presentation, which was directed by Mary Audrey Holt, was the first to engage youth actors extensively in the performance.
